Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Full refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the cohort has not started.
• After a cohort begins, prorated refunds may be considered before week 2; beyond that, fees are non-refundable.
• If we reschedule or cancel a program, you can choose a full refund or move to the next available batch.
• Scholarships or discounts are non-transferable and applied only to the batch for which they were granted.
• To request a refund, email support@jayeaguide.com with your enrollment details; we aim to process approved refunds within 7-10 business days.
